“天坑” 平塘天坑群：世界最大的天坑群

亚洲最大的地下暗河孕育了世界最大的天坑群：平塘天坑群。平塘天坑群主要分布在平舟河下游、槽渡河上游和霸王河下游三个区域总共39个。尤以霸王河下游一带最密集并且规模数量大，天坑群地貌发育完整，凹陷深邃，具有稀少、奇特、险峻、壮丽、秀美的特点，被地质专家称为自然“天坑博物馆”和“世界岩溶圣地”，极具科学考察和旅游价值。其中，打岱河天坑深589米，南北长约2100米，东西长约1800米，底部面积约80万平方 米，坑底原始森林茂密，珍稀动植物种类繁多，是目前发现的世界三大超级天坑之首。

平塘世界级旅游名片“三天奇观”——天坑

“Tiankeng”，which is the largest community of Tiankengs in the world, is pregnant with the biggest Karst underground rivers in the world.About 39 Tiankengs distribute at the lower reaches of Pingzhou river, the upstream of Chaodo river and the downstream of Bawang river. Which are especially concentrated along Bawang river,and Tiankengs there are unprededented in scale and in large quantities .The karst landform is various and complete.They are entitled“Museum of Tiankengs”、“Holy land of karst in the world”because of their rare、peculiar、steep、picturesque characteristics.It is also valuable both of scientific research and tourism. Dadaihe Tiankeng,the biggest Tiankeng ,with the height of 589meaters,spans 2100meters from north to south and 1800 meters from east to west.Its ground is about 800throusand square meters with dense primordial forest and species of wildlife resources.It is the head of the three super Tiankengs of the world.
